About RadX USA

A National Radiology Group Built for the Future of Personal-Injury Imaging

RadX brings radiologists, artificial intelligence, visual reporting, case management, technology, and quality assurance together within one coordinated radiology service.

We were built to solve the operational and reporting limitations MRI centers face when traditional reading services provide an interpretation but leave the center responsible for everything surrounding it.

RadX manages the complete reporting workflow—from secure study ingestion and radiologist interpretation through AI cross-checking, visual documentation, human QA, and final delivery.

Who we are

RadX USA is a national radiology group built for MRI centers serving the personal-injury market. Our radiologists provide the primary medical interpretation, supported by proprietary technology, independent AI image analysis, physician-led discrepancy review, PI-focused reporting, annotated MRI images, anatomical injury illustrations, and human quality assurance.

Clinical resources

National Radiology Resources

RadX works with established radiology partners to provide the physician coverage, state licensure, subspecialty expertise, and reading capacity required to support MRI centers nationally.

Our contracted radiology resources include U.S.-based, board-certified and fellowship-trained radiologists with experience across neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, orthopedic interpretation, spine imaging, and other diagnostic specialties.

Radiology reading services are supported in part by contracted national radiology partners.

Our team

A Complete Team Behind Every Read

RadX combines radiologists, clinical quality assurance, case managers, operations professionals, a full IT team, and experienced management within one coordinated national radiology service.

Each group has a defined responsibility, but every function exists to support the accuracy, consistency, speed, and usefulness of the final radiology report.

Radiologists and Clinical Leadership

Radiologists perform the primary medical interpretation and resolve clinical discrepancies before finalization. Clinical leadership maintains reading standards, oversight, and accountability for the medical content of every report.

Clinical Quality Assurance

Verifies medical consistency, completeness, terminology, image accuracy, annotations, illustrations, and compliance with the RadX PI Reporting Standard before delivery.

Case Management

Coordinates the operational information required for each study, monitors missing documentation, and keeps every case moving through the workflow. Case managers do not influence, change, or approve medical findings.

Radiology Operations

Manages reading capacity, radiologist assignment, turnaround-time monitoring, and day-to-day service delivery across the national network.

Information Technology

Builds and maintains the ingestion platform, system architecture, workflow automation, data integrations, security controls, reliability, and technical support.

Partner Implementation and Support

Onboards MRI centers, configures workflows, trains staff, implements multi-location partners, and conducts ongoing performance reviews.

Executive Management

Sets company direction, national growth strategy, capacity planning, and accountability for overall service delivery.

Radiologists perform the primary medical interpretation and resolve clinical discrepancies before finalization. AI independently analyzes the images and provides an additional accuracy cross-check. Case managers coordinate documentation and workflow and do not influence, change, or approve medical findings.

Implementation and support

A Real Team Behind Every Partnership

Every MRI-center partner receives implementation and operational support from RadX. Our team helps establish the ingestion workflow, reporting standards, communication pathways, escalation rules, turnaround expectations, and quality-control process.
